This Greenland Basking Shark was captured on the Grand Banks. It was caught in a bottom trawl by the shrimp trawler M.V. Atlantic Enterprise.

The Green Party would like the hook and line reintroduced as the primary method of fishing. Draggers should be banned, as draggers damage the ocean floor.
