Terra Nova Green Declaration

RECOGNIZING the need to build the Green Party in Newfoundland, Labrador, The Maritimes, Canada and to enhance the effectiveness of the Global Green Movement, GPC NF/LD is resolved to promote a  declaration that the Terra Nova Greens and, in fact, every Green Party of Canada Official Unit - whether provincial, regional or bio-regional should have a reasonable  degree of autonomy and self control over their "internal affairs", "organization", "nomination procedures" and "policy" for so long as these units conform to a broad interpretation of the Green Party's principles and tenets.
