Greetings from the Very Reverend Josiah W. Noel, T.S.S.F., Dean of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador |
Every blessing in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ as you take this virtual tour. Welcome to our website. The people who established our parish three-hundred years ago could not possibly even imagine what you are about to undertake to learn something about us. Visiting our parish through the www is an interesting union of "old and new". We are overjoyed with the opportunity offered by the world wide web for you to visit our site and learn something about us. If you take the time to browse through our various pages may you be enlightened by the good news of our Saviour Jesus Christ. This awesome avenue of communication allows people who live down the street and people who live on the other side of the world to touch each other in the in the same way. As a congregation we are grateful to offer this experience for you to learn about us. A tour through these pages will take you to a number of our various ministries and a tour of our beautiful neo-Gothic Cathedral. If you have any questions regarding the sacraments of Holy Baptism or Holy Matrimony you will find this information provided. Questions concerning other sacraments ( Holy Eucharist, Confirmation, Ordination, Confession, or Unction) may be forwarded by e-mail to the address provided. We welcome you to worship with us on Sunday or any weekday. If you are searching for a spiritual home, we warmly welcome you to make a personal visit. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
