Travel on the 430 to Wiltondale. Turn left on the 431 and Gradient 39 m/k

drive 2.7 km. Before you reach Bonne Bay Little Pond

turn left onto a logging road. Follow this for 2.9 km to a 205 fpm

fork in the road. Turn right, cross the bridge and drive Section: Canyon

5.9 km to the next bridge. This is the put-in for the South

Fork of the Lomond River. Enjoy. Distance 3.3
km

Follow the put-in directions to the first fork in the logging

road south of RD. #431. Instead of turning right, turn left

and drive up the road 1.1 km. The road will be very close

to the river and you should be able to see the confluence

of the South Fork and the Lomond River. Leave a

vehicle here. Alternative the first bridge across the

Lomond River (1.1 km downstream) can be used as a

take-out if you want to squeeze out a bit more whitewater.
